Mr Potato Head has done it again. Many of us at gadgetshop HQ had given him up as lost when news of his defection to the Dark Side reached us. But salvation is within sight once again with his latest incarnation - Spider Spud. Now ole' Potato Head himself has donned the famous red Spidey Suit beloved of Peter Parker and is set to web-up an increasingly crime-ridden world. After all, that is what a half spud/half spider/half superhero is born for. Included in this truly transformational set alongside the classic potato base is a spud-shaped Spiderman costume, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, arms, shoes, Spidey Mask and web-producing weapon of doom. Which is not to be used lightly.

At the end of a hard day's crime busting as the legendary Spidey, the suit can come off and once again return Mr Potato Head to his regular job as a mild-mannered international icon. Doing what Mr Potato Head does best. Whatever that is.
