Within the Strength Ball is a gyroscope - a rotating wheel that appears to defy gravity once it spins. To set it spinning, pull the red cord. Your challenge: rotate the Strength Ball in your hand as fast as you can, using the in-built LCD digital display to see how many rotations you can do per minute.

The record is 12,000 revolutions. The Strength Ball increases your muscle condition in your hands, wrists and arms. Regular use can lead to greater grab strength as well as improved circulation.
